​Company History...From Home Building to So Much More
Delta Construction first began operation in Spearfish, SD in 2005. From the early days at Delta, company owner Steve Bailey (SJ) applied his experience and expertise in the building industry to create custom residential homes throughout the Black Hills. Expanding on residential building as a general contractor, SJ grew Delta Construction to also include remodel construction services and commercial building.

Eight years later, Delta Construction has proven itself to be a premiere general contractor in the Black Hills. With a background firmly rooted in the building industry, SJ and the Delta Construction crew now tout a resume that includes new construction and renovations of numerous residential and commercial properties.
